A native of Maryland, Marie Lear, our Licensed Real Estate Executive Assistant, has over 15 years of experience as a Real Estate Executive Assistant including over 13 years supporting Real Estate Attorneys.
As the team’s licensed Assistant, Marie’s responsibilities include:
- Managing our database
- Preparing marketing materials for prospective clients
- Making and responding to inquiries and phone calls with current and prospective clients
- Scheduling and holding open houses
- Obtaining and recording client feedback
- Coordinating showings and meeting prospective clients at showings
- Assisting in staging and de-staging clients’ homes.
Marie’s ultimate goal is to help ensure a smooth transaction and a successful settlement for each of our first time buyers and sellers as well as our longtime returning clients.
